Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public access to many government and court records, but Clark County records do not all sit in one database. Case information for 1st Judicial Circuit cases is searched through Missouri Case.net and the Circuit Clerk. Marriage licenses and recorded documents are handled by the Recorder of Deeds. Jail custody and arrest-report access route to the Sheriff's Office. County administrative records, elections, notary commissions, and commission records route to the County Clerk.
We built this site to make those distinctions clear. Clark County is a small county with a courthouse-centered office layout, yet record access still depends on matching the request to the right custodian. A court case copy, a marriage certificate, a jail roster lookup, a traffic ticket, and an older probate book can each require a different source.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Missouri court, Clark County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, prosecutor, recorder, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, marriage record, probate record, or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Missouri case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or office procedure listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right Clark County source, but the document has to come from that office.

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results.
